Daniel Minium, Esq.

Daniel was born and raised in south-central Pennsylvania and has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals across the Commonwealth. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2014. Since then, Daniel has built a strong reputation representing clients in a wide range of legal matters, including Social Security Disability Law, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. Known for his meticulous preparation, empathetic client care, and relentless advocacy in the courtroom, he is highly respected by both clients and peers.

Beyond his legal work, Daniel is committed to serving the public. He has volunteered with Wills for Heroes, offering free estate planning services to veterans and first responders, and has contributed to pro bono case reviews with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. During law school, he was also a proud member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

In addition, Daniel is passionate about environmental conservation. Holding a minor in Environmental Studies, he has spent over 100 nights conducting field research in Alpine regions on islands off the coast of Washington State—an experience that continues to shape his personal and professional life. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and cheering on the Detroit Lions during football season.
