Ken began his career working on Social Security Disability claims as well as Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. On August 1, 1999, he opened his own firm focusing on those three areas of law. Over the years Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law, PLLC has transformed to now work on Social Security Disability, Veterans Disability, VA malpractice, Workers’ Compensation and Consumer Protection Cases. In 2012, Ken welcomed his son, Timothy Hiller, to the firm to practice as an attorney as well.

Ken’s career has been focused on helping those who he considers to be “the little guy”. He is passionate about helping those in need obtain disability benefits, or end harassing practices from debt collectors.

Ken continues to live in the Buffalo area, and enjoys spending time with his two children and dog, Banjo. In his spare time Ken is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Buffalo Bills, the Buffalo Sabres as well as the Cleveland Indians.
